This offering is available on select 2 story, Single Family homes, with either an attached or detached garage depending on the floor plan of your choice. 

ADUs are available in 3 configurations: studio, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, or 2 bedroom/1 bathroom. Based on the floor plan selected, the home will feature either a 2 car or 3 car garage.
