Which is why we're welcoming Fall with a celebration at 44 West, and you're invited. The first weekend of October, we're throwing open a brand new neighborhood on the West End for two afternoons of music, ice cream, games, and good company. There's a place here for everyone, whether you're house hunting or just looking for somewhere fun to spend a Saturday or Sunday.

Be first to see our brand new Model Home, fully decorated with stunning detail, with freshly designed plans just next door to explore at your own pace.

Outside, the new park will be the place to be.

Montana Premiere Entertainment is bringing inflatables for the kids, and Baileys, a Billings favorite, will be here with the ice cream truck both days. Add music, drinks, yard games, bubbles and chalk all over the new park, and you've got a pretty great afternoon for the whole family. 

Come for an hour or stay for the whole thing, everyone is welcome!
