  • The Pryor

Pryor is our most affordable 3-bedroom floorplan. It can accommodate a lot into just over 1,000 square feet. Whether you need the extra bedrooms for kids, grandkids, or a home office or gym, you’ll have your choice of uses. A highlight of this plan is the attached garage and the large utility/mud room that connects it to the kitchen. Your private primary suite in the rear of the home includes a walk-in closet and en suite bath! The more public living space is featured in the front of the home. Enter from your large covered front porch, a staple in the Annafeld community. The best value for the Pryor is on one of our value lots where you can actually save money. You’ll have a yard for your dog(s) but not the hassle of hours maintaining it every weekend. The home and yard are just the right size to lock up and head south for the winter if you want. Or if you choose this as your first home, you won’t be overwhelmed with the care and maintenance. Ask us which lots the Pryor works best on. *DISCLAIMER: Matterports may include upgrade options that are not included in the base price of the home.

  • The Moondance

Not too big, not too small, the Moondance is just the right size for single-level living on a budget. The active side of the home is for relaxing and entertaining with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen.

Two bedrooms flank a shared bath up front, while the private master suite sits tucked in the rear of the home. Have easy access to the 2-car garage from the kitchen with a drop zone for bags, shoes, and coats. A pantry closet, and eat-in island with room for four makes the kitchen the central part of this floor plan.

  • The Bridger

One of our most popular family plans, the Bridger takes advantage of every one of its 1,664 square feet. Walk through the front door into a defined entry that serves as a drop zone for coats, shoes, and bags. A galley kitchen overlooking the dining and kitchen means mom and dad can keep a close eye on young children playing on the main floor. Use the large island for craft projects, breakfast, or entertaining friends.

A light-filled study area at the top of the stairs can be used as a TV room, a play room, or for actual studying. This space separates the master suite in the front from the equal-size back two bedrooms. Or add the family room expansion for even more room for the kids to play.

Owners will love the en-suite master bath and walk-in closet. With the expanded family room option, the master bath grows to accommodate an optional soaker tub. Laundry on the second level means no schlepping clothes up and down stairs. A linen closet boasts built-in shelving for extra linens and detergents.

  • The Granite

A perfectly sized family plan at just over 1,900 square feet with all the features you’d expect in one of our homes. An entry vestibule off the front porch is ideal for hanging coats and removing shoes. Once through the door, you’ll be swathed in the light-filled open concept living space with windows spanning the dining, kitchen, and living rooms.

Make it cozy by adding your choice of fireplace styles and built-in shelving as desirable upgrades. A galley-style kitchen with counter seating at the island make it a welcome spot for entertaining guests or just having a casual meal. Behind the public spaces, a mud room, spacious pantry, and private powder bath complete the main floor. Expand the 2-car attached garage if you wish.

Upstairs is the private space for all 3 bedrooms and a large laundry room. The spacious master suite features a wide vanity with option for 2 sinks, a water closet, a 5’ shower, and a walk-in closet. Add a soaker tub under the picture window if you wish. Across from the master, a spacious laundry room makes washing, drying, and folding in one space easily manageable. Two bedrooms and full bath with tub/shower combo complete the upstairs. Options for a family room or a 4th bedroom are available as well.

  • The Lamar

The Lamar is one of the family plans of choice. At just over 2,000 square feet, this plan is perfect for smaller families. Kids will love the circular main floor layout and parents will appreciate the storage closet and walk-in pantry off the kitchen. A little separation of space makes for an intriguing layout without sacrificing connectivity. Windows on all sides fill this home with light all times of the day. The u-shaped staircase makes for safer travel up and down the stairs.

Upstairs hosts all 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a walk-in laundry room off the hall. Choose the soaker tub option in the master suite to ensure a much needed break from the kids every once in awhile. The kids share the Jack and Jill bath but don’t have to worry about hogging the bathroom since the wash zones are separate. Additional bedrooms and a spacious rec room can be added with an optional basement to total 3,060SF. Finish it now or later. You decide what works best for you budget and needs.

This home gives you the maximum opportunity for a truly private backyard oasis when you detach the garage and utilize the extra lot space between the home and the garage. Perfect for birthday parties or summer backyard camping for the kids.

  • The Mammoth

The Mammoth is just right for families with older kids since the master is on the main level while the other bedrooms are upstairs. In this new version, we’ve added a study just off the entry—perfect for those who work from home.

Take a left from the entry to the more public spaces on the main floor— open-concept living, dining, and kitchen. Natural light floods every room from front to back. You can literally see through this home! The working areas like the mud room, pantry, and powder bath are located to the rear. Step out the back onto a private backyard patio or attach the garage if you prefer. Privately tucked in the back of the home is the master suite which occupies one entire side of this home with its large bedroom, bath with optional soaker tub.

Upstairs, choose from our 2, 3, or 4-bedroom options, some with an open family room serves as a hang out for kids to play games or watch movies while the grown-ups mingle downstairs. An optional basement adds two more bedrooms, another full bath, a storage room, a rec room, and a storage or workout room. Or maybe you’d like a wine cellar or theater room? If you need lots of space, the Mammoth is appropriately named and sure to deliver.

  • The Roosevelt

A 4-bedroom home with the master on the main level makes The Roosevelt suitable for families with older kids or empty nesters wanting extra space for grandkids and guests to stay.

For those who want a master suite sanctuary, this home is for you! A private wing in the back of the house gives you the luxury (and privacy) you deserve. An adjacent laundry room makes one-level living totally doable in this house, too! Then escape to the private backyard patio which you can choose to screen in like we’ve done in our model home. The kitchen sits back in this plan, so if you’ve got dirty dishes and a friend pops over, you can chat in the living room without worrying you should have tidied up. Plenty of storage on the main floor means you can hide those cereal boxes, small appliances, and cleaning supplies out of sight too.

Upstairs, you have so many options beyond the standard plan of 3 bedrooms, a bath, and a family room. This may be perfect for many, but what if you want only 2 bedrooms and a larger family room? Have older parents who will be living with you? No problem. Simply add another master suite upstairs. The options are many on this plan, so take a look below which one suits your needs best.
