Maintenance or warranty? Here's how to tell.
How do maintenance services differ from warranty?

Some things just aren't warranty issues, normal wear and tear happens in every home.

That doesn't mean you're on your own. Our team offers maintenance visits for the small stuff, and the bigger stuff too, depending on the scale of the job, our team will provide a quote. No guessing on cost, no calling around for a handyman you don't know or trust. Just one form, to a team that already knows your home. If it's on your home to-do list, there's a good chance we can help.

Our maintenance visits cover a wide range of needs, examples include: Cleaning gutters and downspouts, replacing a refrigerator water filter, installing a handrail, to caulk touch-ups, mounting a TV, adjusting seasonal dampers, replacing a furnace filter, freeing up a stuck garbage disposal, replacing weather stripping, or adjusting your sprinklers.

Once you submit a request, our team will review it and reach out to walk through the details and schedule the project.

How do I know if this is actually a warranty issue instead?

A helpful way to think about it: if something stopped working on its own, with no clear cause, and you're still within your warranty coverage window, that's typically a warranty issue.

If it wore out over time, resulted from everyday use, or falls outside your warranty period, that's usually maintenance. If you're still unsure, go ahead and submit your request, we'll review it and make sure it is organized properly.

What if it's not a repair at all, just a project I'd like help with?

That falls under maintenance as well.

Our team is just as glad to help with the projects on your list as they are with everyday repairs, whether that's mounting a TV, installing a handrail, or tackling something you simply haven't had the time or tools for.

We're here to partner with you in caring for your home!
